Hello there. The idea of this page and associated group started because of the huge impact menopause has on the lives of millions of women around the world. And while it won’t be a place to just talk about menopause, it’s a good place to start.
The Menopause and Me website was one of the best places I found to help me navigate what was happening to me during this stage of my life. Not withstanding the fact that it took 10 years for me to realise what was happening in the first place. But that’s another story.
