May 30 - Clair Goforth (Folio Weekly) contacts Amazon public relations department.

May 31 - First contact with Amazon Brand Management team. [ Keith Ho, [email protected] ]

- After 18 months trying to talk to someone about protecting my brand I am contacted by the Amazon Brand Management.

- The first contact from Amazon happened less than 24hrs after Clair Goforth contacted the Amazon public relations department.

June 1 - I Email Claire Goforth telling here that I was contacted by Amazon. This is after 18 months of trying.

June 1 - Useless emails and phone calls

- After 18 months trying to talk to someone the Brand Management people only want to talk about AI (YES, Artificial Intelligence) They said they are looking at the big picture.

June 5 - Useless emails and phone calls

- The Brand Management Team is unwilling to actually help anyone. They do not actually gate or protect brands.

- No response at all from them.

July 10 - I send the Brand Management Team another email.

- “Can you protect my brand or not. I send a hundred DMCA notices a day to Amazon.

July 11 - I send the Brand Management Team another email at 10:53 AM

- Subject Line: “I have a meeting with the local TV station. Does anyone at Amazon Brand Management want to talk to them?”

July 11 - I receive an email from Amazon at 3:30 PM

- Subject Line: “Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been removed”

I have been kicked off Amazon for contacting the media.

After sending THOUSANDS of notices to AMAZON about the theft of my stuff I told them that I was meeting with the media at 3PM today.

At 3:30 they suspended and locked my account. So my stuff is now ONLY BEING SOLD BY DIRTBAGS ON AMAZON.

They are still using my brand name and they are managing my stuff all without me. It's on now.

Here is the email top Amazon telling them about the meeting with the media and the response from Amazon. So instead of stopping the theft of my stuff they kick me off Amazon.

A new low even for Amazon.

This is a new low even for Amazon. Let me set the stage here. The counterfeiters on Amazon are so bad that I have to add watermarks to my images (against the Amazon rules) and "messages" in the listing details to basically "beg" people to not steal my stuff.

So Amazon "fixed" my listings. Bear in mind, these are my UPCs, my art, my ASINs and I created the listings. I'd say Amazon is "selling" these at this point. Not just putting buyers and sellers together. Amazon is actively participating in the theft of my work.

1. Notice that the "preview" is a version WITHOUT MY WATERMARKS. Amazon is in the process of reverting the listing back.
2. Please look at the other screen shots attached. They will show the "messages" I added to the listing to prevent counterfeiters and the "Amazon Edited" version.
3. Amazon like to say they are "not the seller". It looks like they have a direct hand in selling here.
4. Worst of all this happens on ALL OF MY LISTINGS.
5. Worst yet, It's not just me!

Damn that's dumb!

So I started adding watermarks to my listings on Amazon to slow down the counterfeiters. Not so much. They actually print the watermarks on the shirt too. Yes, this is a real pic of a shirt.
