OUR NEXT EXHIBITION’S ARTISTS
Guillaume is one of Kunstraum’s artists and was already exhibited once there.
He is 31 years old and lives in Schaerbeek.
Since 3,5 years he works and meditates on the notion of time, its measure and its silence.
As a little boy he was already fascinated by what repeats itself and tirelessly grows as well as by geometry and the ratio of forms.
He often starts creations that require an extreme patience and practices then a meditative draw, point by point, or tracing circles always bigger with the intention of creating a space of freedom for the observer.
We kindly advise and invite you to admire his latest work at the exhibition “The Measure of Time” :
Thursday 1st of December: 18h-21h
Friday 2nd of December: 18h-21h
Saturday 3rd of December: 10h-14h

NEW EXHIBITION AT KUNSTRAUM
« The Measure of Time »
This exhibition questions the subjective variations of the measurement of things.
Two artists come together to present different ways of perceiving time and seek to make perceptible what we cannot observe.
Through their works, the artists'own rhythms intertwine to celebrate the present moment in their skilled way of playing with the concept of time using different techniques and medias.
They present a series of artworks where the painting express an individual vision of what time is.

Hello art lovers,
Kunstraum would like to take the opportunity of this summer break to share with you some of our crushes for artworks we had the chance to (re)discover during our artsy day to day event life.
We will take the opportunity to present some artists which are already part of the Kunstraum collection but also new or even old discoveries.
During ART Brussels last April, Kunstraum was very lucky to add one of Chris Soal’s artworks to its collection already counting 2 pieces of this talented young artist !
Chris Soal was represented by the South African Gallery “What-if-the-world” and this new piece called “Ouroboros” is made of different color bottle caps.
The name refers to a serpent eating its own tale which is pretty well artistically expressed in this work which was very noticed by the public and the art collectors visiting the fair.
Kunstraum will be happy to display it during its next exhibition in September !
More information about this new event soon !
describes this new art piece conceived and built over 3 months as a milestone in his growth.
His creation is impressive by its dimensions and expression of individuality and simplicity.
The second work is an acrylic painting. Its black and white minimalist and abstractive style surely doesn’t leave anyone unmoved !
has recently been nominated for the Price Elisabeth Burdot jointly organized by Marie-Ange Boucher’s gallery and the asbl ADMM.
He is also permanently exhibited at the Palm Beach Gallery held by Sandrine viu Masia in Forest.
And last but not least, Guillaume will be exhibiting some of his works at the Terrasse O2 as part of the “Explore your creativity” event on June 25 put together by Simply Better.

NEW ARTIST AT KUNSTRAUM !
As you may know, at Kunstraum we aim to help and promote rising artists.
We are therefore very excited to present our 5th artist, !
A young belgian artist who paints since he was a little boy.
Later, he decided to fully dedicate himself and his time to his art after realizing that his studies weren’t meant for him.
His art is a search for answers about time in all aspects: the infinity, cycles,… that he translates by repeating endlessly the same movement.
We are happy to share more about this talented artist very soon !
But for those who are curious to know more about Guillaume, do not hesitate to visit our website: www.kunstraum.art
Throwback !
Last weekend Kunstraum was very proud to host its 5th exhibition curated by a talented and friend artist, .
The exhibition called “Disrupture - 30 Years after” is a throwback through the past years and the different times we have lived in since the fall of the Berlin Wall and the anti-apartheid's movement which are two major historical events with the consequences we now know.
Each artist's work expressed in its own way one aspect of these times.
We were thrilled to have the opportunity to share the work of the following artists : , , , , , , , , Bernardi Roig, and
Here’s a little sneak peek of the atmosphere which is an important part for Kunstraum as its first aim is not only to use and take advantage of this beautiful space which was created and dedicated to gather art lovers and artists around different kinds of events but also to help artists reach their public.
We therefore invite you to stay tuned for more to come very soon !!
At Kunstraum we also took the time to pay a visit at Art Brussels and , the founder of Kunstraum is happy to present his last acquisition.
