The SEMO EMA quarterly meeting scheduled for this week has been moved to Thursday May 5. It will still begin at 9:30 at Sikeston DPS. Also the IPPW training is scheduled to start at 12:30 that day. RHSOC will be emailing an update later today. More details as we get closer to the date. Thank you for your understanding for the rescheduling.

The arrangements for New Madrid County Emergency Management Director/ Lilbourn Fire Chief David McClarty will include a visitation on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 5pm to 9pm at First Baptist Church in Lilbourn, Missouri at 100 Dawson Avenue.
The funeral will be at First Baptist Church in Lilbourn, Missouri on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11 am.

Earthquake preparedness Missouri observes Earthquake Awareness Month each February.
The Appreciation Luncheon for first responders and volunteers that was scheduled for this Saturday at Elk Chute Lodge has been postponed due to COVID. We will still be honoring those who assisted with last month’s tornadoes and the new date and time will be posted here when it is finalized. Please help us get the word out about the delay. Thanks for your understanding!

Here is the link to the quarterly meeting for Region E tomorrow. Since this meeting is being moved to a virtual format, this will primarily be an information sharing meeting.
