- John Heil, operator
“I can’t say enough good things about Jared. During our interview, he asked me more questions about our safety culture than I asked him. He’s proven himself to be dependable, capable, and really cares about improving the oil and gas industry” - Eddie Willets
Spring is finally here! Time to get our BBQ on!
Tag your BBQ master!
Have a burger on us! Or at least use the natural gas that our operators have helped to produce.
Did you know that fuel is just one very small part of what is produced using oil and gas? From the device you are reading this post on to the shoes on your feet, oil and gas is in nearly everything!
Can you name these common molecules associated with natural gas processing? A Willets operator can. Every Willets Midstream Services operator and commissioning expert are trained from the molecular level on up.
With this level of knowledge our operators can problem solve to keep your plant running efficiently and safely.
"John, I can't thank you enough for your loyalty. You are someone that I look up to and want to be more like" - Eddie Willets

Our apologies for the overly technical explanation but we thought that it would be important to show everyone where natural gas and oil come from.
"What do you look for in an operator?"
We are asked that question a lot. Eddie Willets wrote a telling article about the qualities and characteristics that make up a top tier operator.
The second bullet point demonstrates the art and finesse that represents an operator who loves the work rather than one who is just getting through their shift.

“Don’t Let Yesterday Take Up Too Much Of Today.”
– Will Rogers
Our operators know what has worked in the past but they do not let that stop them from trying new things, using innovative techniques, and thinking (safely) outside the box to operate your plant.
How can we help you today?
It's time for another installment of "What is that?"
This week Flaring.
Oil and gas work is not for the faint of heart. But Willets Men make it look easy.
We understand that in order to provide the best commissioning and operating services we have to hire the best.
So that's what we have done.
Not only do our operators spend 12 hours at a stretch working hard together they also enjoy each others company off the clock. Fat steaks also help.
This unique combination ensures that while Willets Midstream operators are on the clock that they are focused and dedicated to the plant and its needs. Not dealing with workplace drama.
Fundamentally life is rough. Suffering can come quicker than we'd like. A secret to success comes from seeing past the difficulties.
Willets Midstream has the mindset, tools, and intuition to see past the challenges our client's may have and help get production up, process improved, and safety maintained.
How can we help?

Operators, what technical advancements has helped you work more efficient, safer, or improved your process?

"Everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear"
What greatness have you accomplished because you faced a fear?
Whether far or close from your loved ones, we hope you feel some love today.
Safety is at the forefront of every Willets operators mind, every day, all day. Explosions are fun in the movies, but not in the field. Having highly trained and intuitive inspectors is essential to saving lives and equipment.
With a Willets Midstream Operator on site this failed dump valve would have been discovered and the resulting costly damage avoided.
