You know, this is what makes me happy! That amount is so small I am sure we can supplement a year of rent and enough left over for food and education for that young man. 2,500 baht per month is just 1,000.00 USD! Most Americans pay more than month for rent or mortgage. This is so very doable. More details to come soon!
Happiness: it is not created by wealth, social status, nor how many friends and family we are surrounded by; happiness is a state of being. Happiness is a choice.
A shout out to my buddy Mark Lanzuela (markchipelago) for doing such an outstanding job at showing the world an example of true and lasting happiness.

Evil operates everywhere. Even on the inside where it can cause the whole thing to collapse on itself, which discredits everything and employs distrust among all; darkness cultivates sin, but the light of life and love behooves truth.
The Second Greatest Commandment: Love as 'I AM' (God) Love's! (Love as i am loved!)
I do not post politics on this page, and many will say this is political because it's concerning a statement made about the president of the United States, but 'this isn't just about the president of the united states, it's about the love God has for a man and what HE (God) want's to do through that man'; this is about what God (I AM) wants to do through us (you/me). Yes, above all we should Love the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind. Now consider this: God, in His infinite wisdom and love for us died for us; He (God) died for our transgressions. All of us! Regardless of race, religion, s*x, politics, or any other demographic in all creation! God, the creator of the universe wants to know us (you/me). He (God) wants a relationship with all of mankind like no other relationship. God wants to know us as He (God) is known. This is why it is so very important that we love not just ourselves, but one another. Now allow me to break down this article beyond politics.
"He (God) allowed me to see him the way He sees him; the way He loves President Trump and His heart for that man".
This is how we should be with everyone around us; everyone we come in contact with is our neighbor. The second of God's commandments is to "Love your neighbor as yourself". Think about that for a moment: "love your neighbor (eveyone around you)....as yourself!". It doesn't say love yourself as you are loved, it states very simply, to "love eveyone (your neighbor) as yourself". Yourself: created in the image and the likeness of God.
Actor Jim Caviezel Has An Important Message For Christians Everywhere! All Christians need to listen to this message!
"But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind and disqualified regarding the faith. But they will not get very far, for their folly will be plain to all, as was that of those two men." (2 Timothy 3)

I am blessed to see someone so fervent in their faith, and actually speak about it respectfully, honestly, and with humility. It's a breath of fresh air in a world run amok with political correctness and axioms.
"Rather than ignore these criticisms, I thought I might try to explain why I don’t plan on toning it down. In fact, I’m headed in the opposite direction. The reason is very simple: I really do believe this stuff. I have often been pretty bad at living and acting according to my belief — I am no expert when it comes to following the teachings and making all of the sacrifices a Christian is called to make — but no matter my personal weaknesses (which are many and daunting), I still believe it all."
WALSH: Many People Have Asked Me To 'Tone Down The Jesus Stuff.' I'm Going To Do The Opposite. One of the most common complaints I hear from readers is that my writing is too religious. Borrowing a phrase from an email I just read, I am guilty of “injecting religion into everything.” I need to “tone down the religious talk,” according to a guy on Twitter.
Today the world encountered the passing of one of the greatest Christian evangelists of all time--Billy Graham. It is with mixed emotions of both extreme sadness and overwhelming joy that I must pay my respects to a man who informed so many of the Love of God. The love of God; forgiveness and love found in no one other than Jesus Christ. Thank you Billy, for 99 awesome years of serving God by your preaching and living the Gospel of Jesus Christ! All of heaven is rejoicing!

With so much peril in the world today, the question: "where is God in all of this?" often turns up. National distress, and natural disasters are not caused by God. On the contrary, these things are caused by the impact of mankind. Sin is in the world; sin is caused when we (humans) disobey the will of our creator. We as humans have a responsibility to either act in accordance with God's divine will, or act on our own free will which usually (almost always) ends in chaos. Where we are limited beings, God, being infinite, is without limitation and supreme. There in lies the answer to the question: "why does God allow bad things to happen (to good people)". Are we actually "good" when we act on our own accord? Good can only be achieved when sought through desire for the Infinite. God is infinite, and therefore wisdom abides in Him. Good prevails where wisdom abounds. As Joshua declared, "choose you this day whom you will serve, but as for me, I will serve the Lord!".
Be part of the solution, not the problem. When we set our gaze on what we can do and the things that are working instead of the obstacles that lie before us, we pave the way to our success. This results in our ability to see the things we once observed as obstacles no longer part of the equation. Attitude determines our altitude; attitude is our ability to elevate ourselves above our circumstances. Our perception of reality does not always improve our attitude toward the events of life, but our accomplishments in spite of reality will. There is no rejoicing in the valley of the shadow of death. Get moving; onward and upward!

I want to take a moment to share something a young man I know recently shared on Facebook. This young man may be seldom known as famous or a well-known author, but he is known none-the-less. I will follow up with my own thoughts after a moment of reflection in the comments below.
I titled this post simply: "Hope for a life on purpose", by Ryan Andrew Mercer.
"When I was just the tender age of 19, God spoke to my heart. What He said was words that are branded into my heart & soul for ever, as they have completely changed my life for ever. He said- "Why do you stress? I know everything you have ever done, said, or thought about, good or bad it all happens for a better reason. I know and have heard every prayer you have ever prayed, they're all coming together in My perfect timing. Trust Me and be patient.
Tonight, I was pondering on these mighty words from my mighty God. It all just clicked from there. God is in control of everything. There's not one single thing that acts without Gods permission or His knowledge of it doing so. Yet His Holy Word tells us that He works ALL things after the council of His perfect will. Not only this, but Romans 8:28 tells us that ALL things work together for GOOD to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
His purpose. He works all things out to the council of His perfect will. Y'all know or see where I'm getting at here? God, in eternity past, knew eternity future. He knew what would happen when it would happen and how it would happen. Yet He STILL works all things after HIS will. His plan. That He will be glorified. Have you ever been so burdened or had such a gruel trial or tribulation that has honestly broke you down to the point of questioning God? Well, what if I was to tell you that EVERYTHING that happens is on PURPOSE, to mold you, and to make you into who GOD intended you to be! Everything happens for a better reason. If you have answered that call of God, then rest assured YOU ARE in the will of GOD!!! Nothing can change that. Nothing can stop or 'dis-annul' what He has planned.
You are now part of His will, & His purpose. Therefore, no matter what happens, know assuredly that it is for a better reason. Amen."
This first 20, 30, or 40 years of our life is the base, the foundation, for the rest of our lives, and it's the people (like you reading this) who make up the foundation. The true Church. Not Catholic nor protestant, nor anything else. Those are just man made labels, but the true Church of Jesus Christ, the chief Cornerstone of our faith is the object we share in common; the common ground on which the True Church rises.
Some make excuses for why they cannot attend a banquet celebration, (some may even be warranted) but the ending guest list reveals those who are true, and their reward will be great in heaven, not of earthly measure.
We are not to be concerned with the pattern of this world, but to be transformed by the power of God at work in us. It doesn't matter what is going on in the world; whether people choose to follow idols, or popular influences that appeal only to the senses is not for us to be bewildered. What matters is what we choose to do with what God gives us. So long as we are obedient to the voice of God, we will have everything we need and more. The key to understanding how to listen to the voice of God is wisdom. Are you listening to the voice of God today? How will you know? Walk in the statutes of the Lord Almighty and observe His commandments.
Searching for an answer to find direction for your life? Well, if you look at it according to God's will and divine plan for our lives, you will see it more as divine appointment rather than looking behind you. Take me as an example. I was on my way to school to major in architectural design and engineering, but then I found something else. Not as glamorous and making as much money, but it did eventually lead me to engineering, just not the level I expected. It is far above what I expected. I will never regret not completing college. I will never regret not moving west instead of east. I will never regret getting laid off and struggling in debt. I will never regret. Whatever you decide, just make sure you look closely at the object in front of you and not the object behind.
"Fear cripples most of us, what would a life without fear look like for you?"
..taking risks at new heights beyond the limits of my past.
"'....but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.' 'They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.'" (Isaiah 40:31)
I have something urgent to say in response to the tragic violence that has been wrought upon this nation in recent days, specifically today (Thursday, July 7) in both Texas and Minnesota. Violence that is being carried out by civilians against civilians and those sworn to uphold the law, serve and protect the citizens of the communities in which they live. The hate has to stop....NOW! Hate breeds violence. You may very well be angry about things going on in your community and the nation in which we live, but that doesn't give you, me, or anyone else the right to carry out violence and judgement on innocent people simply because they look like or serve in a similar position to someone who carried out lethal violence against someone you care about; against your race, creed, or ethnicity. I don't care if you are black, white, red, yellow, brown, purple, green, or blue. I neither care what lifestyle you have chosen for yourself, s*xual orientation, religion, national origin, political preference, ethnicity, or whether or not you are pro choice or pro life. It doesn't matter what you have done in the past because the past is behind us and all we can do is move forward; one step, one life, and one love at a time. Every life matters, and what is more: we do not have the right, power, or authority to carry out judgement or lethal violence against one another because when we do it makes us no different than those who carry out these senseless acts of violence (terrorism) that stem from the same hate brewing inside of us. Those who live by acts of violence and judgement, shall receive in a similar manner. If you choose to judge someone, get ready for judgement to be carried out against you and those around you. This is the very reason why forgiveness and love is at the forefront to peace. Unconditional love: love that knows no wrongs, expects nothing in return, endures throughout all time. This is the way in which we all should live and the only way we are to live peacefully with each other.
What is more, I love each and every person. reading this article at this moment. Not because I know you, or you share the same belief as me, or have done anything for me. I love you simply because you were given life by the same creator who breathed life into me. My God is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I believe He is the same God who sent His prophet (successor unto Himself in the flesh) to show humanity this life, this truth, and this love in which I speak. I don't care if you agree with me or not. I still live you and hope blessing upon you, and your loved ones.
If you agree with this message, or if you agree with even part of it....that the hate needs to stop...NOW. Then please share it now.
May God bless you and keep you and those atound you from harm. May God be with the victims and the victims families.
Respectfully in the fullness of my faith in GOD, my savior through Jesus Christ by whom showed me this marvelous way, and truth.

Learn to change your route in life often; do not change your destination, only the path. Keep your gaze established on the prize that awaits you.
We often rush through life so quickly that we barely remember the journey. Think about a trip you take daily (to work, school, church). Now consider for a moment something that happened to you along the way. Most likely you will not remember, or your memory will be vague. Think for a moment the opportunities we miss, the people we do not meet, and the adventure that remains undiscovered. Slow down; pause to reflect along your journey.
"Experience is not what happens, but what you do with what happens to you. Persistence is saying yes to a challenge even when everyone else quits."
The journey of life stretches across miles of dusty roads, but there's a lifeline that is always near us: Christ Jesus the Lord.
God, my God, reach down from heaven in response to the cries of the people of Syria. To the people of this world, listen to the voice of God speaking to your heart. It is in all of humanity where you find God, the creator of humanity. It is in the faces of the Syrian people where you see God, creator of the human race. To you who reads this, it is in you where you find God, your creator. What you do unto the least of these, you also do unto the One who made you. Help someone today. The people you help today may indeed be the one who responds to you one day.

2012-13 ~ The Year of Faith...and beyond.
Now is the time to enrich your life with the values established by Christ. God doesn't care what religious affiliation you are a member of; the only thing that matters to Him is your relationship with the One He sent to redeem you....Jesus Christ!
I am extremely thankful for Pope Benedict and the Vatican council for the declaration made unto the global Catholic Church. As a representative of the Protestant reformation, I want to declare this year, and next, the beginning of not just a year of faith, but the beginning of a new era centered on Christ the Lord!
Consider not just where you're going, but from whence you came and to whom you belong.
Year of Faith Prayer
O God, as you sent your Holy Spirit
upon the early Church
in the fiery tongues and the
mighty wind of Pentecost,
so now, we ask you to send that
same Spirit upon us
that we may go forth to proclaim
the Gospel of Christ to every creature.
We humbly pray that you deepen
your Trinitarian life within us;
make us effective and holy witnesses
of Jesus’ death and Resurrection;
help us to live our faith centered on Christ the Lord
with such joy, conviction and love
that others will be drawn to the
sacred mystery of your Church
and the powerful grace of His sacramental Love.
We implore you to make us
ministers of your Word,
in speech and action, in truth and charity,
in the mystery of Jesus’ cross
and the light of his resurrected glory.
Amen!
