Happy Thursday!
Being a caregiver, fighting cancer, being a cancer survivor, or even watching a love one fight these battles can sometimes make you forget to dream!
You’re so focused on everything going on, you can forget to dream!
Wake up those dreams that went to sleep or possibly even died because you said you have too much to do or other things to focus on! You owe it to yourself to keep your dreams alive!

In the world around us, it’s so much going on, and in the hustle and bustle of everything going on, we deal with things silently, or we ignore them.
This is the season where we deal with these feelings that plague us daily, no matter if you’re a caregiver or not. It’s time to identify these things so that we can be emotionally, spiritually, and physically strong.
Anxiety is intense, excessive, and persistent worry, and fear about everyday situations. Anxiety becomes so much more serious when these types of feelings begin to become all-consuming, and interfere with daily living.

As we approach the new year, there are so many things that we can focus on that we didn’t get to do.
Maybe it was the New Year’s Eve resolution we set, or maybe we didn’t celebrate the small successes we were able to see.
We should focus on the positives and let it be known! So we want to know, no matter how small you think it is, post your biggest accomplishment or an obstacle you overcame!
Happy Thursday!!!
We are 2 DAYS away from Christmas and celebrating the holidays! Yet today is Thursday, and on Thursday we make our confessions! Today’s confession is “I’m ending the year stress free!”
During the holidays it’s so easy to be stressed, especially about the things we cannot control! We are working on changing our mindsets and changing what we say.
If you want to change your world, change your confession. If you don’t like what you see, look at what you’ve been saying!
If you believe and agree with “I’m going to end the year stress free!” Declare it in the comments!
Happy Self-Care Friday!!!

As caregivers, survivors, those currently battling, and even just being on the go, we never have the time to do much for ourselves.
If we could just take a moment and 🤔 where would I go? Who would I go with? Would I go by myself, or take my family?
Let us know in the comments below, and if you will take someone with you tag them!

Happy Monday!!!
Before we get into the hustle and bustle of the day, and even the rest of the week, we wanna get to a place where we can enjoy moments!
So take a couple moments and just enjoy this beautiful view! Many times as caregivers and just living life, it’s so easy to focus on everything that’s in front of us. Sometimes those things in front of us may not seem so great, but if we take a moment to pull out the things we can appreciate and be grateful for, it can make things better.
So take a moment. Take 4 breaths and release 4 breaths out! You deserve it!
Post a 💛 if you enjoyed taking a moment!
Happy Tuesday!!!!
In honor of we wanted to discuss what are you passionate about? There are times where we get so caught up with the hustle and bustle of life that we forget about the things we truly love!
So take a couple moments to think about what you really love to do, and what you’re truly passionate about! What are you always thinking about? What things tug at your heart, and what problem can you solve?
