Drinking black coffee β˜•οΈ has so many amazing benefits, such as it reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases including strokeπŸ«€, it reduces the inflammation level in the body, is loaded with antioxidants, contains potassium, magnesium, Vitamins B2,B3,B5, and can lower the risk for high blood pressure (aka hypertension)

Bone broth is great when breaking your fast. Some brands that are awesome are Kettle & Fire, the Trader Joe’s brand, and Bare & Bones

❌ Seed oils are the WORST for your body. They put you at risk for heart disease, cancer, dementia, increase inflammation in the body, and they are extremely high in omega-6 fatty acids. They are also the most commonly used at restaurants and for cooking. Replace sunflower, canola, corn, safflower, soybean, grape seed oils etc with avocado oil πŸ₯‘ or olive oil πŸ«’

For weight loss- use a smaller plate for portion control 🍽️

My workout programs also consist of weekly check-ins, reviewing progress, and nutrition tips

No workout equipment? That’s not a problem. I can customize plans via bodyweight exercises if you do not have resistance bands, a medicine ball, or weights. The only thing you will need is a yoga mat or a soft surface to do workouts on!
