Sunday morning the Humboldt Thunder came back to take the South Medford Generals in overtime and the North Medford Storm took care of the Roseburg Indians. The largest division in the Kids Unlimited, Kyle Singler Tourney--18 of the 20 8th grade boys teams were now eliminated. It came down to last years' champs-- the Humboldt Thunder and the team the Thunder beat in last year's Medford Winter Jam tourney with a 14 point fourth quarter comeback-- the North Medford Storm. It was a close game throughout as the Thunder couldn't find an answer to the strong inside play of the North Medford team. Great effort by both teams and if there was a team to lose to is was the classy North Medford team. http://kuoregon.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Boys8th1.pdf
