I have been using Aloe Propolis Creme on my girls since Lea was 8 months old and I LOVE it!

I'm always so careful with what i put on my girls sensitive skin and this has been my go to since I got my hands on it a year and 4 months ago.

It's amazing for dry skin, helps with eczema, great as a barrier cream for nappy rashes and as an overall moisturizer, but it's amazing for mommy too 👩‍👧‍👦

Let's talk lockdown habits! I don't know about you, but I seem to have picked up THE WORST snacking habits over the last few months 🤦🏼‍♀️Being home all the time (around a toddler who asks for snacks 13762525 times a day) hasn't helped.

It's not so much about weight gain, but more about the sluggish, tired feeling from the bad habits and the bloating that I want to get rid of and a few times a year I do a 9 day cleanse to get rid of all the toxins and break bad habits - it's just a plus that I get to lose a bit of weight and cm's in the process.
