ALL TRAVELERS, Beware, this is why you and your family need me! This family was surprised to find they had NO ACCOMMODATIONS! And booking online yourself might seem easier but Travel Agents put safeguards in place. This traveler had to log in over 6 1/2 phone hours begging Expedia to please find her family something else free once the hotel they had booked online by themselves told them "SORRY BUT WE ARE OVERBOOKED"! YES THAT HAPPENS MORE THAN THE AVERAGE CONSUMER KNOWS! Nightmare vacay and EXPEDIA's fine print says "they are not responsible if a hotel OVERBOOKS!
