#54 - Stress of SOAP, scrambling to a psychiatry residency
Dr. Paul Grey returns to the show to discuss his incredible difficult period of medical school, dealing with the The Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program, better known as "SOAP." There are more medical school graduates each year than residency spots available. The SOAP is described as some of the most challenging, stressful and taxing period for medical students who find themselves not initially matching. Paul discusses his journey dealing with a flood of emotions and challenges.
