We’re an organization that supports our community with the ancient wisdom of Holistic Wellness.
Today, we celebrate 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆’𝒔 𝑫𝒂𝒚 and honor our culture and traditions with Love and Grace.
May we continue to bring recognition of our roots and heritage that are still very much alive and prevalent today. May we continue in peaceful resistance to bring union and harmony for all living beings.
May we honor the history of those who were ripped away from their families and sent to boarding schools which removed them from their cultural identity, may we honor the lives that were taken due to practicing their sacred ceremonies and resisting colonization. May we honor the indigenous women who continue to disappear until this day. May we continue to honor the land in which we all inhibit, and the indigenous peoples who live in the amazons who constantly fight the government to keep the soil underground and protect all bio-diversity that keeps us all alive and breathing.

So grateful 🙏🏽 Munay Vida Holistika is joining forces with The Nature Conservancy! We as a community donated just about $400 last month which was distributed evenly to these amazing charity organizations! From the sunset yoga at blue mountain, to our cacao ceremonies, deep breath work and sound therapy! We received, and now we give!!! Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make this impact for our people, our animals, our land 🥹🌿
- protecting our nature, our trees, and wild life.
- protecting and preventing innocent children from human trafficking around the world.
- fighting hunger, poverty, social injustices and supporting education for children and clean water to those in need.

I’m always in amazement at how beautiful and sacred these gatherings truly are! The synchronicity of our deep breath work last night was like no other! So proud of all of you! 🌿
May we continue to grow, evolve and connect in our community! No matter the race, orientation, gender or title. We are all One Beating Heart! It’s a privilege to hold space with my community. Thank you beautiful souls for showing up for yourself! Whether you’re experienced or if this was a new experience for you. You did it! ❤️

It’s my absolute honor to announce the birth of MUNAY VIDA HOLISTIKA 🥹, named after my beautiful grandmother Maria Viera, the most amazing person I have the pleasure to call my Abuelita. Released on her birthday! 🥳🕊️
In the Native Quechua language of the Peruvian Andes, “𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒂𝒚” represents “𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆” It’s a state of love and being which is completely unconditional and eternal.
Vida in Spanish represents Life. The life force in which we all co-exist. The trees, the plants, the insects, the animals, the humans, and all the cosmos.
Collectively, Munay Vida represents all life forces that co-exist together in unity with Unconditional and Universal Eternal Love. 🌿
Munay Vida Holistika is an organization that supports our community with a driven focus on integrative healing and nurture of the mind, body and heart. A sanctuary that strives to reconnect us back to the womb of nature through ancient wisdom.
In ancient times, the Hummingbird has come to symbolize wisdom, healing, love, beauty, good fortune, and the messenger of life itself. The hummingbird has been an integral part of indigenous history for thousands of years. ~ My grandmother is the hummingbird of my life. And it’s my honor to continue her legacy, our culture, our heritage with love and contribution to our community.
