This is an extension we did a few months ago. This side story extension had a complete re-roof, re-rendered with a silicone base render. It added an additional room and made the master roof much larger.

Some before and after pictures of this lovely two bed flat. I’ve been working on this since December and I can finally enjoy it before it goes up for sale 🙈🙈 and start all over again.

The flat is all plastered now ! Ready for it to be spray painted and then start on the kitchen.

This place is now starting to look like a building again. I have been very busy over Christmas but it will definitely be worth it.

So I decided to buy this two bed top floor flat. Not sure why but I did lol . This is going to be a huge transformation. All external walls and roof is being totally removed. I can’t wait to show the progress on this as it has so much potential with lovely see views.

We renovated this property in Bromley a few years ago. It was a small two bed terrace house with a very small kitchen and bathroom. With these extensions it made this place completely different. It now had a lovely open plan kitchen/diner, a large bathroom and a lovely loft conversion to create a third bedroom.

This was a full house refurbishment with three extensions. The customers thought they could stay there whilst the work was being done 😂😂.

This property was extended from all possible angles.
