Music is like a system. You tell it what it should do and it produces the exact results.
Emotional songs and happy songs are our specialty. Sometimes a person can live in denial over something that happened to them in the past, suppressing their feelings but when they listen to an emotional song they should feel it and let it out.
Its health to do that because if you keep burying those feelings depression will destroy you.
