Drinking Dreidel

A simple moderate paced drinking game adapted from the traditional Hanukkah game, dreidel.

Rules:
Shin ש - spinner drinks
Hey ה - pick someone to drink
Nun נ - everyone drinks
Gimel ג - everyone but spinner drinks

In addition:
Any individual who spins 2 gimels makes up a rule (or can abolish any previous rules made)

If a player spins the dreidel and it stays in the same place for more than 5 seconds, everyone must yell "Jew Spin!" the last one to do so must take a drink.
