Molotov Gin

It’s the last day of National Chocolate Week, so it’s only befitting that we’ve put together a cocktail to celebrate my favourite guilty pleasure. In collaboration with the hugely talented .mann we have concocted a real beauty and here is how to replicate this Molotov Spice Cocktail 🍸Ingredients:-

50ml MOLOTOV GIN
15ml Cherry Heering/Marnier
10ml J.Daniels Tennessee Fire
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Monin Grenadine
3 Dash Ms. Better’s Bitters – chocolate bitters
30ml Double Dutch Ginger Beer top up

Method:-

-Build all (except ginger beer) in a mixing glass with ice, constant stirring 30-45 seconds
-Strain into Old Fashioned tumbler over fresh crushed ice
-Top with strong ginger beer (30ml) layered over an upturned bar spoon

Garnish:-
-Fresh Mint Sprigs
-Luxardo Maraschino Cherry on a pick with Wedge lime
-Square of Lindt Excellence
Dark Chilli chocolate 😉🍸

This little gem of a drink is absolutely gorgeous, refreshing and is easily made using 50ml of Molotov, a slice of orange, cinnamon bark for flavour and a wonderfully tactile stirrer finished with skinny tonic served in a lowball glass with plenty of ice - perfect kickstart for the weekend 🍸

Why this good weather persists, I need no other reason to finish the day with wonderful simplicity-G&T 🍸
