This little pup is named Charlie.He will be staying with me soon for a week in November and another in December! I am so excited. He is a mixed breed. I would be willing to bet you could never guess what his mom and dad were. I couldn't....and I have taken care of both breeds. Both are toy breeds. Both breeds are Affectionate, Cheerful, Playful, Sensitive, Gentle. However, one is more feisty, and does not shed....the other is less active and sheds a lot!

Daphne has come to stay with me for the week. She has never been away from her owner before. It took a couple of smaller visits before she was dropped off yesterday. God love her, she is doing great! She has metal plates in both back legs,,,but that does not slow her down. Was up at 5:30, tail wagging and ready for a walk. Please always consider adopting a senior dog. My experience is that they will love you like a pup!

Missing Gracie. She is a English Lab that usually comes for daycare early Tuesday morning. She LOVES Dunkin Donut Holes. So I am feeling a void this morning and headed for coffee....I think I will wait for her to come back next week before getting donuts! Just not as satisfying without the wagging tail and those brown eyes in front of me.

When the boys and I came in from a long walk, I invited them up on the couch. Little Tucker jumped right up and snuggled as close as he could get. Well, Charlie (Goldendoodle) was having none of that! He circled and became vocal that "something was not fair!" So I moved to the middle and all was well. I have watched both of these dogs before and they have only been together for 4 hours. Doing so Great! By the end of their stay, they will be best buds!

Cassie, Roxy, and Stella. These "sisters" are so SWEET! I have had them 2x for a few days and now are looking forward to a 10 day stay with me!!!! These gals are so well behaved and loveable, it's no doubt the owners have spent a lot of time caring for them. CAN'T WAIT for the wagging tails.

Athena is a Newfoundland Rescue dog that came to stay with me last week. She weighed as much as me...but was very well trained, so it wasn't hard to walk her.

Meet Nugget. She is coming to stay with me a couple of days next week. Dear to my heart, my Tia was a Lhasa Apso. My daughter's first experience with taking care of a pet. To my delight they both LOVE PETS!!!!

This is Gracie. After a long walk, she decided to take a nap on the way home. Peter usually likes the big dogs...but despite her small size and pink diamond studded collar....they became pretty good friends!
