Hey folks! It’s been a busy few weeks and I am (finally🤯) sending invoices and prepping to pour November candles.

There’s still time to get an order in if you’re interested in delivery before Thanksgiving! I will be accepting orders until noon tomorrow November 12th for orders ready for pickup/delivery Nov. 22-24.

I am also making a delivery run to Northfield this time around so if you’re in that neck of the woods feel free to place a delivery order. Same $5 delivery fee applies.

Hey y’all! I took a loooong hiatus from the busy world of making things for other people. It’s been really nice to have a break to work on my own projects for a change.

Just checking in to see if there would be any interest in a special order form for candles this fall? I’m planning to pour some for myself and some gifts and was thinking about adding a Google Doc ordering system for a limited run of scents this fall. Delivery dates would be once in October, once before Thanksgiving and again before Christmas.

If you’d be interested please leave a comment below (include your favorite scent) or send me a message! If there is interest I’ll put together some details and open up orders in early September.

Today I went to weaving class at Northfield Yarn! Picked up some new skills, brushed up on my basics and had a great time!

Spent my evening last night making a spoon with ten other magnificent women at in Minneapolis. I had a blast and am totally hooked! For those that don’t know- there are some big life/professional changes happening for me this year. Check FB for a more detailed post, but essentially I’m getting more personal and self serving with my creativity. I’d love to have you hang around and follow my journey!

Hey folks! There are some big changes coming for Rogue Chicken Farm & Handmade. After a really busy summer, a brutal fall and holiday season, and plenty of reflection we are making some tough business decisions to further personal growth and happiness.

The farmers are splitting up- there’s no bad guy and it’s friendly and mutual. The farm is being sold and we will be heading off on solo journeys. Farmer Sarah will be spending a few years learning, growing, serving, and chasing her dreams before hopefully purchasing and founding another farm.

The handmade business will be scaled back over the next few years. Sarah’s lost a little of the joy of creating during this last busy season, and will still be creating and making but not on the same commercial scale. No special orders, no custom work, not consistently stocking any particular items. I will be loading all current stock onto Etsy for sale while I scale down, and you’ll be able to snag killer deals on hand stitched leather goods. I will ALWAYS honor the lifetime warranty and Rogue Chicken Handmade will stay on Facebook, insta, and Etsy- albeit in a more personal creative nature.

Thank you for all of your support over the past years and I look forward to the future with a glad heart.
