How I’m committing to change (even when I don’t feel like it)

After I shot this video. I cringed. The perfectionist in me saw a glaring mistake in it (I’m not telling 😀).

All I thought about was reshooting it. I knew I could make it better with another try. But reshooting would mean missing my deadline.

Putting things off until they’re “right” has never served me. It has actually kept me from speaking up.

So, I’m taking a stand against perfectionism and committing to fail up and fail better.

That’s why I’m sticking to the schedule. Not because it’s good, but because that’s the ONLY way to get good.
