As I sit back and reflect on what this first year has entailed, I realize that consistency and taking that first step are so important. Sometimes we don't realize what we're capable of accomplishing until we step out. Growth, challenges, highs and lows...that comes with being a business owner and entrepreneur and I'm grateful for each moment of it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

One year in the books and I can't believe that it has gone by so fast. I'm excited about what this next year will bring and the opportunities that will arise with HBS Virtual Solutions and other business ventures. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You may hear others say, "After X months, I had X clients making X dollars", especially on social media, and then begin to compare your business growth to theirs. It's okay to grow at your own pace. After all, it is YOUR business. It's okay to admire other businesses, their business model, strategy, growth, plan, and even story. However, if you're not careful, that comparison can cause you to become paralyzed in your own business growth or cause you to unrealistically measure your growth to theirs.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Be encouraged. Take the pressure off. Be consistent in YOUR own business and watch it grow. You are not less than because your business has not grown at the rate and capacity that someone else's has. You are enough!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
