W10. Arm Day. Boy did you kick my butt today. Got up late and totally could have used that as an excuse to not get it done but goals will not be met with that attitude. Not to mention it’s only 23 minutes so, I mean, come on. Brushing my teeth and hair was not fun but also got that done as well so score!

W10. I’m so tired. We celebrated my oldest turning 24. We ate good food, cake. You know all the good stuff. I’m feeling it this morning but I know missing this morning won’t help. Thank you Advocare Performance line for getting me up and going.
W9. I’m behind a day “because life”. So today I do arms and tomorrow I’m doubling up. So my 23 mins turns into 46 but that still beats what I use to do in the gym. I love the fact that I have more consistent on products and with my workouts due to the fact I do it from home and it doesn’t take me forever.
Oh my gosh. My shoulders are on 🔥. I couldn’t even imagine what this workout would have been like had I not taken my ore workout. If you see me today and I’m a 🦖 don’t make fun of me. 😂. Kidding. You totally can. 😂 happy 4th. 🇺🇸
Today I felt like I jut couldn’t get it together. But it’s all good. 23 mins done. I will say that the gains that I have made wouldn’t be possible if my supplementation and nutrition wasn’t on point.
W9. Chest day felt more like ab day but that’s ok. They need work too. Also is it wrong that my post workout drink taste too good to be good for me.
My whole body aches. Pre workout was really what going me going today. That and the fact it’s only 23 mins. I mean how could you not do it.
Its leg day y’all. Or as I like to call it. B***y day. It’s one of the areas I would like to see bigger gains in and fast. You know since I’m super impatient and expect immediate results and all. 🍑

Day 52 of TLE. 52 days of being transformed and being loved on by the most amazing women. My confidence, strength, ability to give a compliment (that’s huge for me) and much more have all grown all because of TLE and those involved. I have never in my life felt better even on my “bad” days.
Doubled up today and apparently kicked my own butt! Yesterday started right out the gate going down hill. Couldn’t sleep, Woke up late, forgot food for work got busy at work and forgot to take pre workout at work so I could hit it as soon as I got home. Had to come to terms with the fact it just wasn’t going to happen. So today was a reset. Got up and got em done.
Holy Shoulder Burn. This mornings workout was killer. Shoulders are seriously on 🔥. It hurt so bad to even pose for this picture. .
To say this morning was rough is an understatement. I’m not feeling 100% yet and I can tell you that my workout would not have been possible without my pre workout products. They are hands down the best! The gains I have made are solely because they allow me to push beyond my limits everyday. 23 mins of hard work.
It’s amazing what can happen in a month. The hard work is paying off. Let’s be serious. It’s a combo of 80/20 nutrition, phenomenal supplements and 23 mins of amazing training.

It’s arm day!!!!! I’m tired. Still trying to get adjusted to the new schedule but still got it done. I’m really appreciating my Pre workout online up these days. They help me push past what I think are my limits. #💙
Oh my goodness. This morning was rough. Not just the killer workout (23 mins can’t really complain) but getting up at 345 this morning. However when that Pre workout kicked it it was game on!!! 🤪🤪. As usual I didn’t do it alone, Zoey thought she would join me. 🙄.
Happy Back Day. Today must have thought I shall torture them with rows 🤪. I felt like my lungs were there for a workout as well. Thank goodness I decided to take O2 Gold as part of my pre-workout today. I’m not sure I would have made it without it.
Boy am I super thankful my pre workout line up rocks. I had zero motivation when I woke up this morning. Did it and all of the extras that decided to throw at us this am. #
Grow little garden grow. I can’t wait.
W4D5. Happy Leg day!!!! Arms are still sore from yesterday and maybe because I redid part of it to prove to myself I could do it with heavier weights. Thank goodness my preworkout rocks otherwise that probably wouldn’t have happened. Legs feel amazing though. Well right now. We shall see how tomorrow goes 😂. I see some nighttime recovery in my future.

Wow. Is all I can say. Shoulders are on fire. Total killer workout today but I will say today I finally increased weights. The voice in my head yells at me that things won’t change unless I push myself which is way better than what it use to say to me. 😂.

Have I said how much I love Back Day. Thank you baby Jesus that my pre workout works so well because I went heavier on the weights and I’m sure I will pay for it later. But go big or go home right.
