So we don't typically try to get political but this needs to be said:

This being our first FEST was awesome. We've been a band for a long time just tryin to pass our message of fun and aggressive music. We got to be surrounded by good friends and people we've met on the road, all celebrating our love for punk and music. Being able to play shows with bands that you worship and love is always a blessing and escape.

As I walk in into The Wooly (day 1 of fest) I noticed a cutout of Donald Trump dressed as a kid wearing vans, cut offs, and a pullover hoodie saying "Make Fest Great Again". It took me a minute because I wanted to see the humor but...there was none. That image of a person who represents hatred, sexism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, and classism should not be welcome a place such as this. As a black man (Bear) it's really sad and upsetting to see this when it's already hard to be surrounded by so many images and ads for a person who could end up being our president. Now I'm here trying to escape the s**t, but a bunch of kids are taking pics of themselves with this awful image. It's a bad joke and terrible satire.

My question is this: how funny will those pics be if that f**k becomes your president?
