Mini Biscoff Cheesecakes π€€π€€π€€
Winter markets are fast approaching. I couldn't get enough cupcakes done for you last year so things had to change.
I've got a few extra appliances to cook up a storm.
So I will be adding mini cheesecakes to my menu. π
There will be Biscoff, Nutella & Coffee.

These toppers were ordered off etsy and it just so happened that the circle cutter i purchased to make wafer paper flowers for a wedding cake fit and cut these toppers!
I love it when it all just falls into place.

What an epic week last week π
Looking back now, there was lots going on to prepare for a "dreamy" cake. Cutting and making the wafer paper flowers, cooking 2 extra slab cakes to feed all the guests and also putting together the 3 tier strawberry filled wedding cake. My Hubby had to drink his the beer from the second fridge so I could have 2 fridges full of cake π€£
5 day process from start to finish and the highlight was attending the wedding to see the beautiful Bride and Broom cut my cake.
5 years ago I would of been too scared and not experienced enough too pull off such a cake. There's still soo much to learn and I'm excited for what's next.

I had the honour of doing our cousins wedding cake.
3 Teir Vanilla Mud Cake with a Strawberry filling.
These flowers on the cake were hand made out of wafer paper. Cut and folded onto a wire thin wire.

Truck cookies to match the Truck cake for a little man
My first 3D Cake for 2024 a Tonka Truck.
I was slightly nervous but more excited when the customer asked for a truck cake.
But I was up for the challenge and the customer trusted me thankfully.
I can still see room for improvement but Im proud of my moulding and fondant skills.

For all those waiting to find out the gender of the baby shower cake... its for a GIRL!
I had no theme or requests for the design so I went for a Square Vanilla Sponge Cake with a Strawberry Filling with white, gold and a hint if pink.
I also made some cookies but will share them tomorrow night.

What a way to end a crazy busy Christmas Month.
Kids were spoilt, we ate too much and didn't stop from sun up till sun down.
Thank you all for your support with your Christmas orders. A MASSIVE thanks to all my New Wave Coffee Bar Cookie Monsters. I was delivering a batch of gingerbread cookies every second day for 3 weeks straight. I just could not keep up. π
I will be switching off for a week to spend time with my little family. We are currently all in one bed this morning cuddling up and resting. π₯°
Happy New Year and I hope 2024 is a healthy and successful one for you.
