"Possibly the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. Small but cheap, clean, safe, in a great location (quiet area but 3 mins walk from the centre of Miraflores) and with the BEST customer service you can imagine. The 2 young brothers who run it COULD NOT have been nicer or more helpful. I was welcomed as a new friend they were keen to get to know, rather than a paying guest. Jesus, for example, planned my whole itinerary for me over the next few days (on the back of one simple question I asked him), right down to bus times, durations and prices, and even phoning the bus company to make my reservation for me without me even suggesting it. An angel"

"I stayed in this hostel close to Miraflores two times when in Lima. What differentiates this place from other hostels is its hospitality and the outstanding service the owner provides to his guests. Jesús and his brother Javier are always willing to go the extra mile to cater to your whatever needs. I have never before felt so well taken care of in any place in South America. Whether it was looking up and helping me booking domestic flights or changing my bus ticket when I was sick and couldn't leave that day - Jesús always took care of everything. In the few days I stayed in this hostel I found very kind, welcoming and friendly people working there that I now call my friends. Plus, it has all the amenities of other hostels, i.e. comes with nice breakfast, Wifi is really fast..!!! etc. but at this price it is simply unbeatable. Das Hostel befindet sich nur 3 Blocks entfernt von Miraflores, in der Nähe eines örtlichen Marktes, diverser Restaurants und einem Supermarkt. Surquillo ist eine sichere Gegend und die Polizeistation ist direkt nebenan."
