Happy New Year!!

Is anyone interested in running a couple times a week 3-5 miles? I haven't been running and when I have gone out I've been around 10-10:30 pace, so I'd be starting there and hoping to pick it up a bit as time goes on.

Track peeps: I know a lot of you are running the Eugene half or full marathon on Sunday. I'm trying to get a head count for Monday or wondering if we should take it off. 30 burpees, 100 mt climbers (50 each knee drive)
run 1 mile
30 burpees, 100 mt climbers
run 1 mile
50 squats, 100 mt climbers

*I just finished this and added a little core work to the end. *You can do it! Take everything at your own pace & have a great weekend!!

Ok friends, here is your chance to check out Barre3 for FREE! I just finished my instructor training in Portland and now I get to teach Barre3 classes at the studio in Eugene to my friends and family for free! Mssg me if you are interested. There is no obligation to sign up for anything. I just need lots of repetition and practice and a few willing participants. Here is my class schedule for this week:
Tues: 11:30am-12:30pm & 1pm-2pm
Wed: 11:30am-12:30pm & 1pm-2pm & 7pm-8pm
Thurs: 5am-6am & 11:30am-12:30pm & 1pm-2pm

A lady cheered me on today as I did my repeats up Stonecrest. It made a huge difference for me mentally. So if you see someone out there getting it done-encourage them. Your random act of kindness will be more than appreciated. :)

RUNNING THE MARATHON THIS WEEKEND? Come to one of our post race yoga classes for FREE! Kelly will be teaching at 4pm and Chelsea at 5:30. The classes will be similar to a Yoga for Athletes class but a little more gentle. Anyone can attend but if you ran the full or half marathon you can come for free!
