Friends and fam, we’re so happy to introduce you to our sweet baby boy, Ollie Thomas Korkidis, born 9/8/22. We’ve had a fortunate beginning, with a healthy and safe delivery, and now a house filled with family to help us find our way through each day. This is our second birth since the pandemic started and having loved ones around has made all the difference in the world..
Yesterday was our first day back at home and it’s been beautiful and predictably exhausting to the bone. The physical discomforts from a c-section are easing by the day, while the realities of sleeplessness set in. This time around our delirious middle of the night laughter is outweighing the worry that we’re doing something wrong, and that’s such a relief. Tom and I forgot how much we love these first, completely overwhelming, hormonally fluctuating, first few weeks with a newborn. The challenges are with us, but there’s healing power in naming our gratitude and we’re leaning in and watching it grow.
Today a friend sent me an article featured in titled “8 Women-Owned Businesses To Know Now”. Olives & Grace made that short list along with a handful of other impressive businesses that light this city up. From the beginning of OG it’s been your word of mouth and this type generous press that’s allowed us to thrive through the highs and lows of small business terrain.
So with my business on maternity leave and my baby on my chest I want to turn my love back to all of you. It really does take a village and I want to thank you for being that for me, my evolving small business, and my growing family. My deepest thanks for keeping us growing, through and through.
It’s that time again, when every New Englander simultaneously says “Can I just say… I am SO ready for Fall!”

I feel you.
Though this Summer has felt exceptionally special for me. A little personal update, since I’ve been quiet on IG over the last few weeks…
For the first time in 10 years I’ve been able to enjoy more than 2 days off in a row without it being a big thing. Tom and I are making intentional time as a family to savor these final days with Niko before our 2nd baby enters the picture. Oh and WE GOT MARRIED! It was perfect and intimate and appropriately took place by the beautiful calming ocean.
It’s been a Summer spent working thoroughly a few days a week, rather than my usual pace as a hospitality driven retailer 🫠 There really is nothing like pregnancy to awaken your intuition and help with some needed course correction. This baby is already teaching me the lessons I crave to learn.
And back to biz..
Over the next two weeks we are running our OG Annual Summer Sale ⚡️ 💸 Many of the products are top sellers, (like Boston blankets and our signature beaded earrings). They shouldn’t even be on sale but we have plenty in stock and I want you to get your goods now, before I head on maternity leave in two weeks.
The Summer Sale link is in our bio and you can find all the products online. I hope you’re all enjoying these final days of Summer in whatever ways feel good to you.
Watchin’ my love do his thing..👌🏽
I’m so proud of Tom and all that he does as a father and in his creative career. Knowing that our boys get to grow up witnessing some of the best jazz musicians in the game, up close and personal, is just… ✨

On this gorgeous weekend I marry my love💗
Our brick & mortar is open for another 4 DAYS and then we blast into our next chapter, online. If you haven’t seen our video / emo confessional, you can visit our previous post for real talk. You’ll be able to shop our new and improved website (launching soon!), which will be filled with curated gift boxes and value-driven brands. I’ll also be focusing my attention on the consulting branch of OG that has been steadily growing behind the scenes for years. This means more support for small businesses, guidance for makers looking to grow their retail presence, and a full-service amenities program for hotels and offices.
I am pumped.
I am tearful.
I am, above all, so damn grateful.
This all feels so right.
Oh, and this post was actually supposed to be a reminder to all of you who have curbside pick up orders that you haven’t scooped yet. These are yours ❤️
ATTN BOSTONIANS 🔈 Our neighbors at Sault are hiring! It’s rare for me to use our feed as a job board but this is such a strong opportunity for anyone drawn to entrepreneurship/ independent retail.
I’ve learned so much from Philip and consider him a leader in the New England retail scene. Message directly for all the details & perks of the job 🙌🏽
The Life Alive / Down Under Yoga Wellness Collaborative opens tomorrow and it’s the most sure thing I’ve seen in the South End in a long time. Congrats to our friends at for bringing fresh, energetic, beautiful food to our community. It’s evident that your team went above and beyond with this space and we are so happy to have you. You’re a neighborhood staple already 🌱

This is very special and important Mother’s Day at our shop with Erin of ...
This year all sales will go towards ALS research, in hopes to find a cure to the heartbreaking disease. Erin’s mom was recently diagnosed with ALS, so on this day we’re even more grateful for your love and support. We’ll be working the OG x Foret Flower Bar outside on our patio until 5ish.
with love 💕
You know that feeling when you think about how much you love your mom and you almost start crying on the spot?
This is the card for that. Find it at OG and get to verbalizing the precious love you feel.
You ever wonder what to get for the person who is incredible enough to train for / run the Boston Marathon? We got you. Our Boston Neighborhoods Throw Blanket IS IT 🙌🏽
It’s Marathon Weekend here in Boston which means the entire city just remembered how to flirt. Like clockwork, every.single.year ☀️
Falling in love with my favorite places, over and over again… ✨
Friends! I’m here to report some sweet, sweet news… Baby number two arrives in September! ✨
Every year, ‘bout this time, I make a gentleman’s bet with the mailmen on whether it’s the last snow of the season or not. I figure nobody knows the subtleties of the weather like the people who work outside year round. Their guesses are usually as reliable as bird migration.
Mailman Chris: “Yes. I fu*king hope so”
Mailman Joey: “This is not snow. Snow means plow trucks, this is slop” (inconclusive answer)
I’m going with Yes.
Bostonians, weigh in below. Do you think today marks our final snow the season? Sí or snow?
I can’t bring myself to celebrate International Women’s Day
today except to remember
that when one woman hurts
we hurt together.

We took our BOSTON neighborhood blanket design and turned it into an every day piece. This towel celebrates the wide range of people and backgrounds that make up our community here in Boston.

A little somethin to think about as that 20° wind kisses your face 💋
Our ceramic adobe incense houses.. tempting me to play favorites in the shop right now 👌🏽
incense cones and ceramic homes are in store and up online 🌵
In retail you get used to bouncing from season to season, theme in, theme out, year after year. The beauty of it is that every single day is original because of you. Watching your flirty online post-brunch date strolls grow into solid relationships, your newborns grow into little humans who draw on the sidewalk out front.. it’s really the sweetest honor to witness and experience life with you all. We’re about to celebrate a decade (next month) running Olives & Grace - supporting emerging brands, local makers, gifts that give back, and specialty food products. It’s been my dream come true for as long as I can remember and I’m so fortunate to serve my role here in the Boston community. Something about the TEN YEAR mark really hits deep so we’ll be celebrating, sharing memories, and thanking you a lot over the next bit.
This is your shop too 🙏🏽
This is the new OG studio..
a feel good creative space a few blocks up from the shop 🌿
We’ve learned a lot over the last 3 years. Lessons I was gonna get to at some point, but between the pandemic and having a baby, they rose right to the surface like the Truth. I’ve been in GO-mode trying to hold my priorities together and keep it movin at all costs. From our conversations it seems this is one of the few things we all have in common: we’re completely wiped, but we have some newfound clarity to show for it.
Our new space will be used to let intuition flow and mindful business to grow. We’ll be making moves in here that nurture our relationships in the community and our selves. This will be a space to evolve our business and lean out in places we’ve been sluggish. We’ll host intimate events and workshops - the type that leave you feeling lifted. It sounds soft because it needs to be. This is the setting where the good stuff happens.
Thank you for whatever part you’ve played in steering us here. More to come 🌱
Happy love, that’s all ❤️
Hello to all you lovers out there. We’re in full blown Valentine’s Day mode at the shop and I want to fill you in on what to expect. Erin of Foret is on flowers again this year, so we have you absolutely covered. If you’ve shopped Vday or Mother’s Day with us in the past chances are you know why we continue to partner with Foret. Because her work is art you’ll need to reserve a bouquet ahead of time. This ensures proper planning for her and zeerro stress for you. Send us an email [email protected] or message directly to order.
As always our pantry shelves are stocked with sweets treats made in small-batches by devoted small businesses. Think spicy chocolate, salted caramel, island citrus gummy bears, and plenty of heat from our hot sauce wall. If you’re taking a hands-on approach we are fully stocked with cozy blankets, bath salts, body lotion, and candles to set the mood. And we’ll of course remind you to grab a card before you leave because it’s all in the note 💕✍🏼
Plot twist: You’ve been your own Valentine this whole time.. ❤️
Scenes from the neighborhood , I love you✨
2022 SNOW DAY SALE! ❄️ Starting at 6am on Saturday and wrapping up at noon on Sunday evvverything online is 22% off! If you’ve been with us over the years you know sales are rare in this house. For one thing, we consider our brands artists, and we aren’t here to encourage the lowball mentality when it comes to quality work. Secondly, we order in small-batches so luckily we avoid that whole frantic get-it-out-of-here salesman push. THIS sale, however, is straight out of love, and items will go back to their maker-set prices Sunday afternoon. The shop is stocked with new blankets, gorgeous books, self-care rituals, Valentine’s Day essentials, and more. The code will be automatically applied at checkout so you can just enjoy the ride. We’ll be closed Saturday and are playing Sunday by ear. Also, we have some pretty exciting OG news to share with you next week, so just know that.
