Congrats to the brilliant David Michon of on launching his words in perfectly printed form last week at .nyc
home made its first printed ad on its pages using a Polaroid my dear friend took years ago with another friends beautiful candlestick.
If you want your hands on your own copy bop on over to the website and order before they are gone. It’s full of imagery you will want to tear out and tape on your wall like a high school girl. Promise.
Thanks to my muse Ksenia for posing with it 🤗
and I met years ago through blogger (IYKYK). Before she launched her brand. Before .bazaar was even an idea. It was so special to host our After Hours event in her beautiful LES store. It was even more special to meet so many of you in person. Thank you for coming and introducing yourself (also if you see yourself in one of these pics and want to be tagged DM me!!).
Special thanks to and .world for providing the most beautiful and tasty canned cocktails and to for capturing this special eve.
PART ONE 🍓I decided to throw a small party to celebrate the humans that have continued to inspire me on this accidental journey. Thank you to for kicking me in the pants to throw such a thing, , the and for baking my dreams come true. 🍰
Thank you for giving me a reason to keep perusing my little dream and for being brave enough to share yours.

New York-based Small Talk Studio, known for their 1/1 custom hand-drawn garments, have seen their brand grow and evolve over the last few years. Initially a 2-man operation led by Nick Williams and Phil Ayers, in the last year they’ve brought on Alex Brown and Michelle Dingsun and are now putting out seasonal ready-to-wear collections while continuing to take custom hand-drawn orders periodically throughout the year. Sourcing fabrics primarily from Japan and India, and manufacturing in New York’s garment district just a few blocks from their studio, everything is executed with a high degree of craftsmanship and attention to detail, much like the custom garments the brand was founded upon. Small Talk’s practice revolves around research and experimentation, sourcing imagery and inspiration from a broad and disparate range of sources and working to create new contexts for their garments and the visual world behind them. The brand has done collaborative projects with Virgil Abloh, Carhartt WIP, Kartik Research, Gitman Vintage and has done design work for musical artists, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
Their most recent ready-to-wear collection dropped in the last month and is available in stores worldwide, as well as on the brand’s website.
The Small Talk team created a playlist for Noihsaf Bazaar consisting of their favorite songs selected exclusively from their studio record collection. Enjoy :)

Kat Henning is an NYC-based senior footwear designer at Tory Burch (). She previously consulted for rag & bone, Caron Callahan, Misha & Puff, and Great Jones and was formerly the head of footwear at No.6 Store. She grew up in Minneapolis and didn’t go to design school. She believes in real leather, sacchetto constructions, and that a man’s shoes tell you everything you need to know. She could always use a little more arch support.
