Want to get in better shape, it may sound simple but you need to get a physical .Know your limitations and know your body fat percentage. Low twenties for women and mid teens for men are typically decent body fat percentages.

Fellas , please never be too closed minded to think that you're above training. ALL of the elite athletes of our time have used trainers (most of their adult lives even in retirement) A good trainer creates exercises to enhance your weakness and strengths .My work out for a beginner is different than a routine designed for an athlete .TRAINERS ARE FOR THOSE AMONG US THAT FEEL THAT GOOD IS NOT ENOUGH .
