I’m back in the San Francisco airport eating ramen before my flight home, just like this time last year, and what have I learned? Nothing, apparently; ramen is hot, takes forever to eat and makes a terrible mess. And sadly my SF Sketchfest, 2019 is over. Which brings us to Sketchfest 2019 edition! This year was another stuff-your-own-bag swag buffet. I liked the coffee cup, the cheese was a nice touch (more festivals should provide cheese) and water & mints are always appreciated.

Some things you just can’t fit in a bag though, and 🏆 Item of the Bag, as usual, goes to an outside-the-bag experience. And that Item 🏆 would be the after party at The Speakeasy SF. I can’t imagine a better location for a party than the 1920s, and this is exactly what we got. Live jazz combos, snacks, winding hallways & dudes in spectator shoes & boaters throwing fancy drinks at you around every corner. I mean figuratively throwing. It would be so disappointing if you went to a party and they just hosed you down with even the nicest champagne. Thank you ❤️Sketchfest❤️ for a consistently awesome time, sold out shows with great crowds & fun stuff! 🍸🍸🍸🍸

I’m on my way to SF Sketchfest, the San Francisco Comedy Festival! Here’s my show schedule, which includes a SUPER special show at the California Academy of Sciences Thursday & a theater show at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema at the new Mission Friday. I’m so excited to be back in SF and see what kind of antics I can get into. There might be some gonzo journalism along the way, stay tuned. 🕵🏻‍♀️
