🌅It’s a fresh start to the day! Remember that your mood is irrelevant to the fact that the day will go on wether you’re having a great day or a terrible one. Try not to let outside sources effect how your day goes. Sometimes you need to just let go and take a deep breath because happiness is truly a choice. You can look at the silver linings in almost all things that happen or say poor me. Make this day yours, be happy and spread happiness! It might just change someone’s day or even their life ☺️

Welcome! I’ll get right into what this is. I had a dream about this exact movement. I forgot about it for days until something in my brain clicked and made me remember it. Basically the intention is to leave these little bottles around anywhere I go with the help of some family and friends. Why? Because this world is full of sadness, pain, anger, stress, depression and anxiety. Life can be hard and a positive message from the most unlikely of places could do anything from put a smile on someone’s face to possibly saving their lives. I created a QR code for anyone that finds one to share their message and how it may have impacted them. Even if you don’t want to share it that’s completely fine! Keep it for yourself but I’m hoping the QR code will at least bring people to the page where they can read other peoples stories as well as other positive and uplifting messages that I’ll share on the feed.
