An Age-In-Place Bathroom can still have a Spa Like Feel. 🧖‍♀️
🚿We added new functionality to this space with a larger vanity and Quartz top.
🚿 Round mirror gives us an updated look.
🚿 Note the shower niche with the added soap and razor shelf.
🚿A teak shower seat proves comfort and stability.
🚿 The safety bars even have a little design flair, while being extremely useful.
🚿The shower head is quite an amazing experience. Great water pressure with this rain shower is amazing.

Get ready HGTV…there’s a hot design couple hitting the scene. Granite Connection was hired to help this couple create their design vision for their complete first-floor remodel of their Potomac Falls, VA (River Crest) home.
This project was a labor of love for this couple.
✅ We took down the wall between the living room and dinning room to open the space for entertaining their large family gatherings.
✅ There is ample counter space so everyone can enjoy meal prep.
✅ 8ft doorways were installed in the pantry and beautiful arches were added in the hallway to amplify the ceiling height.
✅ The client added floor to ceiling molding in the foyer. The stunning chandelier highlights the space as you enter the home,
✅ Full-Height Quartz backsplash and countertops accents the elegance of this space.
✅ The island has a mitered edge to show a beautiful thickness of the Quartz countertops.

Beautiful transformation in this Potomac Station Primary Bath. Love the dark cabinetry with the light Quartz countertop and matte black fixtures. The bevel subway in the shower adds a nice texture. We doubled the size of the shower by putting it where the soaking tub was originally.

Part 2. 🌴🏡🌴 0f “We Bought our Fla House via FaceTime and renovated it in one month”
👍All new floors, paint, lighting, cabinet refacing and . The floors took half our budget, but I love them.
👍I found an amazing kitchen refacing company and they added new doors and soft-close doors.
👍We settled on keeping the appliances for now since they were brand new. We splurged on the Quartz for the almost 1 slab island.
👍 I painted the rattan frame on the chairs black.
👍 We added a timeless white Cararra herringbone backsplash and it turned out amazing. (The backsplash deserves it own post!)
👍We were lucky that the previous owner took great care of the house. It was very clean and they spared no expense on the Cocktail 🍸 Pool (photos to come)
👍Lastly, shoutout to Rudy for always matching my aesthetic!

This was one of my favorite projects we completed in 2020! This condo was purchased by a first-time homeowner and it needed a facelift to match his cool personality. He liked the idea of black cabinets and a brick 🧱 wall to give the feel of a NY Loft.
I think we nailed it with the open shelving and industrial sconces.
The brushed gold hardware and matching faucet give a little bling to the space.
Taking down the wall was a game changer.
Now this condo is open and inviting. Enjoy 😉

One more coat to go on these cabinets, but I’m gonna call this color Cherry Blossom White!
