Paying tribute Rosalynn Carter, the wife of former president Jimmy Carter, who died at the age of 96. Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter has worked for more than four decades to improve the quality of life for people around the world and has been an avid advocate for mental health, early childhood immunization, human rights, and conflict resolution. May her soul rest in perfect peace.
