We are thrilled to share that, a member of LWCBA, Carlos Guerra, recently visited TAMIU Dusty’s Junior University Summer Camp to inspire the next generation of legal minds. Carlos encouraged the kids to consider a future in law. During the presentation, students gained insights into the various responsibilities and tasks that lawyers perform and learned in a hands-on manner about the creative approach to forming arguments.

About Us
Established in 1936, the Laredo-Webb County Bar Association is the local affiliate of the State Bar of Texas. We are a local, community organization comprised of attorneys. Our mission is to work together, as attorneys, to promote the legal community and practice to the citizens of Laredo and Webb County. From mentorships to CLE’s, the LWCBA is here to address the needs of its attorney members and of the community-at-large.
The goal of the LWCBA is simple: Assist our attorney members in providing quality legal services, raise public awareness regarding legal issues, and maintain the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and integrity so that justice is effectuated for all. We proudly provide services to both legal professionals and the general public of the city of Laredo, Webb County and surrounding communities. We offer continuing legal education services to our members and we also offer workshops to the general public and scholarships to students.
