Was an amazing morning with an amazing group of kids! Thank you Bodacious Brew, Principal Wright, Janesville art department and so many more that helped make it happen!
Congratulations to our wonderful first grade artist!
Truth be told (as there is no 'lion' here), today's feature is GRREEEEAAAATTT!!!!!
This fantastic piece (titled 'March Lion') was created by Anel Zuniga Peralta, a 1st-grade student at Wilson Elementary, School District of Janesville!! Her art teacher, Ms. Birkholz said Anel used paper, and explored various paper tools such as crazy scissors, crimpers, and hole punches. She also curled and created accordion folds for fun and interest in the lion's mane. We think it looks wonderful!
Exciting news!! We have art on display at a coffee shop in downtown Janesville! To check out the work go to Bodacious Brew and head up to the upstairs seating area. Be sure to sign our Wilson Artist guest book.
