We had an amazing year cooking! We have relocated to Spokane Valley. I’ve totally been slacking on updates. We have been coming up with new menu items and working on our dream. Enjoy the pics :)

Stella’s Vet Bill Stella has fluid in her lungs. They are unsure why. They need to go in and relieve the pressure and do more work. Any help would mean the world to the boys. She is our world. Please help us save her life.

Hey Everyone! Wanted to give ya all an update. We have officially moved to Soap Lake, Washington. We will be transitioning to cater on both sides of the state and will take a little time to get set up in our new place.

Made Smoked Prime Rib for dinner this weekend. Turned out so tender.
Did a trial run on Smoked Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos and Vegetarian Style Poppers covered with provolone.
Made Smoked Beef Ribs for dinner.
It was a pleasure to donate our time and come in and cook for the bass club and look forward to doing it again next year.

Cooking 30lbs of pulled pork. When finished cooking it will weigh .
Started the smoker at 2am and should be done today. Making dinner for friends and family.
Smoking 40 pounds of Chuck Roll for pulled beef sandwiches. Started on the smoker and will take @ 20 hours to cook. Then we are cooking 35 pounds of Pork Butt for pulled pork sandwiches.
16 Pork Butts and 36 Racks of Ribs
45 racks of ribs sliced up to @600 individual ribs. Stored in an ice chest to keep hot and serv at our friends wedding. 150 lbs!
