Very proud of my students of MICS. This year ISSAG 2018 Athletic Competition at El-Wak Sport Stadium Vera-Ann Sackey set a new record in 400m with recorded time of 1:05.03sec. She also won the Silver in 100m finals.
Mahrer Arthur Jason also won the Silver and bronze in 800m and 1500m finals. The power of C.S. Fitness & Club located in Gomoa Manso.

The performance of C.S. Fitness & Team swimming club this year swimming meet at Legon did very well in the Swimming Competitions held a Legon on 7th Oct. 2017.
Abel Sullo, placed 2nd, 1st n 1st in 50m butterfly, free style n breast stroke under the age 9 to 10 years category.

Second aerobics HIIT workout with MICS students and some staff. It was beautiful seeing our future leaders trying hard to figure out how all the body systems come to work to enhance control and balance with coordination as different joints need to move simultaneously.
