I take for granted that I can feel my body move with a highly developped kinethestic awareness. ADULT BALLET / FITNESS CLASSES
All you wannabe Darcey Bussell's and Carlos Acosta's this is YOUR chance to DANCE! Dancing to a variety of music from your favourite ballets to pop music.
Whether you have danced before or a beginner, this class will be for you. A way to improve fitness, balance, flexibility and strength with fun. Lots of fun! Chance to learn adapted repertoire.
Classes will be on Thursday evenings. and start in September. Also possibility of joining class remotely.
