I am very passionate about figs. I believe I too resemble the same qualities that figs do; I am simple, unique, sophisticated, and not overly sweet! Figs also stand for unity, prosperity, and love.
One Fine Fig will teach you about fresh, original, "farm-to-table" food. If you are a Foodie, or at least enjoy eating, you will enjoy taking our classes.

When your daughter buys a meal prep meal and you only use ingredients to make a OneFineFig original. Fall ginger shrimp bowl.

Curry salmon with cabbage and broccoli.
When your friend visits and brings book. You make tagine chicken. Added seasoned green beans.

Impromptu pasta dish. No sauce?
No problem.
Blend roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant, garlic and can of tomatoes together. Heat. Toss with pasta. Finish with fresh oregano and vegan cheese.
Summer inspired salad, even though it’s only 63 degrees.
Watermelon, strawberries, cucumbers, feta-drizzled with orange olive oil. Topped with grilled eggplant and chicken.
Stuffed purple potato. Stuffed with roasted white beans, whipped goat cheese, hazelnuts, topped with arugula and drizzled with lime infused olive oil.
Hamburger ( ) Salad to go! A play on the lettuce wrap, but adds more veggies and tots!! Pair with a simple homemade vinaigrette dressing.
