Para este mes de marzo, Claudia, Javier y Elena te tenemos preparada una tarde especial de Yin yoga y música enfocada en reconocer, sanar y fortalecer tu poder personal. Con la llegada de los días más cálidos, sentimos la llamada a salir del recogimiento y brillar en todo nuestro esplendor. ¿Estás preparada/o?

Recuerda que aquello que brota desde un interior valiente y en calma, tiene un poder más genuino. De ahí la idea de este mini retiro: queremos que sea una tarde en la que accedas a la belleza de la naturaleza, entres en el espacio de tu silencio interior desde tu cuerpo y permitas que los sonidos sanadores te nutran mientras conectas con tu potencial latente.
