ACNE PRONE SKIN
Just because you have acne-prone skin does not mean that you cannot enjoy good makeup when going out. The key is to look for makeup that will not irritate the acne but still make you look good overall. When buying makeup for acne-prone skin, you must always make sure the makeup is oil-free because acne is caused by clogged pores in the skin and makeup that contains oils will make the acne worse on your face. Lancome and Clinique are good brands of hypoallergenic makeup. Mineral-based make-ups are also good choices for those with acne.

Covering Unsightly Pimples With Makeup
First you want to put a little astringent on the pimples to decrease excess oils from the pimples, and after you do this you should apply a concealer to the face that best matches your skin tone. After you do this you should apply the face powder to the areas where the pimples are and they should be well-hidden.

If you’re wearing makeup and have acne, you want to wash off the makeup before you go to bed because if the makeup stays on overnight, you will develop more acne than what you currently have. It is also important that you wash your face daily with oil-free acne cleanser and use an oil-free moisturizer for your face.

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY.. Gallstones may not be everyone’s concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. “Cancer is never the first illness,” One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can’t digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area.” So if you think you have gallstones, the following method will help remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.
Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of fresh apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. “Usually they float,”

Are you limiting your workouts to the weekends? Then you’ve probably learned that infrequent physical exertion often has its revenge the following day in the form of sore, stiff muscles.
Achy muscles are a harmless but unpleasant phenomenon that usually disappears by itself after a few days, and is best alleviated through heat applications, if you train regularly and feel fit you’re not likely to suffer unduly from this malady. Muscle cramps can also be due to overload or other causes such as circulatory disorders or a mineral deficiency.

Sore Muscles
Take it easy during the first 12-48 hours. Sore muscles don’t have full function, and continued strenuous demands carry a heightened risk of injury.
Massage can help ease sore stiff muscles.

Ample fluid intake flushes excess acids from your body, and supplies it with important minerals. Good choices include herbal teas and vegetables and/or fruit juices diluted with mineral water containing Little or no sodium.

Muscle cramps
To relax a leg cramp in the calf, carefully stretch the muscle against the direction of the cramping, then walk back and forth a few paces. In stubborn cases, sit on the ground pull your toes toward you, and stretch your leg out fully, after that, gently massage the muscle.

Rubs containing extracts of menthol, camphor, or horse chestnut can add extra oomph to a massage loosen up cramps, so can essential oils containing St. John’s wort, eucalyptus, spruce needle, or thyme.

A lack of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium is probably the biggest cause of nighttime leg cramps, they are abundant in fennel, broccoli, bananas, dried fruits, oatmeal, nuts, milk, cream cheese and cheese.

Cider Vinegar provides your body with potassium, drink 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of water every evening for at least four weeks.

If your cramps are the result of a magnesium deficiency, taking magnesium in the form of effervescent tablets, in consultation with a doctor, is a good idea.

CARE FOR YOUR EYLASHES.
Eyelashes are often taken for granted. You slap a bit of color on them and maybe hit a curl or two but many women just go with what they have. The truth is the eyelash is a defining piece of your eye makeup so it is important that you care for your lashes. You can make your lashes thicker and healthier with a little bit of focus and attention. These tips will help you get the lashes you have always wanted.

1. Brush the Eyelashes Out
Take a clean mascara brush and actually brush your lashes. It helps to separate them and separate the follicles. This gives the appearance of a fuller lash and it disentangles the individual hairs. Also, just like brushing your hair, it is follicle stimulation that encourages more growth.

2. Take Off Your Makeup
Take off your makeup at night, before you go to sleep. When you are exhausted you might just want to climb in bed but leaving mascara on your lashes causes them to fall out prematurely. This is a huge setback when it comes to growing more, healthy lashes. It might even be the most important thing you can do to grow your lashes.

3. Avoid Rubbing Your Eyes
Rubbing your eyes tugs and pulls your lashes out. It can even destroy the roots of your lashes and those can never be repaired. Try gently patting or massaging the area around your eye if you are experiencing an itch. This will help to keep your eyelashes in place.

4. Conditioner, Just Like Your Hair
You can use a clean mascara wand or your finger to smooth a bit of petroleum jelly on your eyelashes. This works as a deep conditioner and makes the lashes look fuller. It will also help strengthen the lashes to make them grow longer. You can do this once a week or every few days.

5. Don’t Overuse Fake Lashes
Fake eyelashes are great and they are fun. You can even do this as your only eye makeup item, but the glue is very hard on your real lashes. You should save these statement pieces for really big occasions as opposed to using them all the time. If you overuse fake lashes you might find you have to use them all the time as you won’t have any of your own lashes to work with.

6. Take a Break or Two
While you want to usually do your makeup, consider taking a day off a week from wearing mascara. It gives your lashes time to breath and it helps to remove the weight for awhile. Sometimes it is nice to go for the natural look or you can puff up your lips a bit and downplay your eyes. You will find your lashes grow better when you do.

7. Gentle with the Curler
While you need to squeeze to get your curl, don’t squeeze too hard. When you pull and tug it tends to yank out the lashes themselves and if you pull out by the roots, it is a bad thing. You should consider a steaming lash curler as it does not require tugging at all.
Whether you are new to loving your lashes or you are old hat, the best way to have the best lashes is to let them grow. These few tips can make all the difference in the world and they really will help your lashes to be more beautiful naturally. You don’t have to do much, just take good care of what you have and you will see a difference.

I LOVE this beautiful, refreshing water. You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day, they say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!

Ingredients per 8 oz serving

Water
1 slice grapefruit
1 tangerine
½ cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves
Ice – as much as you like

Directions
Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water, and ice) into a large pitcher.

The Benefits of Meditation

Beginning meditators often experience something, which has been called the monkey mind. The monkey mind is a term that describes how your mind jumps from thought to thought like a monkey jumping from branch to branch. For example, a thought will pop into your head, which will trigger another thought, then another and another. And on and on it goes until you think that your mind has become uncontrollable and that you'll have to stop meditating.
But your mind has always been that way. It's only now that you're discovering it. Meditation raises your consciousness to a point where you can see the confusion that we all have. This is the first stage of meditation and, thankfully, it's a temporary one.
But it's important not to suppress these thoughts when they pop up just watch them as if from a distance. As you continue with the meditation your mind will become more and more still, although thoughts will still pop up from time to time. These may be unresolved events from your past and you'll discover how to deal with these too.
