Tried a new recipe for Austin’s lunches for the week at work. I asked him to try it, he took one bite, and said “you need to make a ton of this and sell it.” Safe to say I’m adding this recipe to the rotation. I had my busiest weekend of the year this last weekend. 6 senior sessions and an engagement shoot. I had another senior tonight after work. Most evenings, Amy and I end up at a photoshoot, or I'm off covering a game. We usually don't have time to make dinner and eat at home, so we end up driving through somewhere or stopping up town for dinner and drinks. This isn't good for our bank account or my health. Last week, we signed up for Meals by Mama. Autum hooked us up with a customized meal plan and shopping list. Tonight, while I was at my shoot, Amy picked up our groceries and prepared a delicious sheet pan dinner for us. When I got home, we enjoyed a home cooked meal and I was able to get on to editing.
