Race pack collection for Run Asia Kemensah 2020
Date: 11th & 12th July, 2020
Time: 10am - 4pm

Well Ladies and Gentlemen,
with the extended MCO till 14th April, we would have to defer the REPC to another date.
Venue will be the same. The setup of the trails will be the same. Just no date yet.

Dear all participants,
This post is to address the recent covid-19 virus outbreak in the country, and also the notice from the various ministries in regards to large gatherings such as running events.
1) The event Run Asia Kemensah 2020 will be cancelled. Regretfully.
We chose not to postponed the event as we just don’t know when the new date can be, and will it clash with other events, or would the virus still remains a threat to our health.
2) Race kit collection will be moved to 11th and 12th April, 10.00am till 6.00pm.
Tentatively. All factories in the country are to be closed from the 18th March till 31st March. Medals are from China and they are rushing orders from everywhere else too.
We are hoping the t-shirts and medal can reach us by the 10th April.
In the event the t-shirt and medal can’t make it, we would have to reschedule the REPC to the following week of 18th and 19th April.
Please take note of this. We can only update on this matter as we move closer to 11th April.
3) We will setup the trail markers for the 5km, 8km and 16km trail run section with the permission from the authorities on 11th and 12th April.
This is just a run on your own thingy. And to comply with the social separation policy.
4) The marked trails are for running and mountain biking. Just be careful with your bikes on the 5km route as there may be children on the course.
5) You can either come early and run or bike first, then collect your race kit, or collect your race kit then go run or bike. Either way try to space out among others.
6) There will be crews and 1 water station on the route. Please bring enough water on your own. Minimum 2 liters would be good if you’re taking on the 16km route.
7) Those who are not feeling well, PLEASE DON’T COME. We can always arrange your kit to be picked up at another time.
8) Please read the email that will be send out to all participants in these couple of days.

Heads up to thise coming to the workshop this Sat, 21st March, the activity is cancelled due to the minimise gathering directive from the government.
Very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We have been getting a lot of concern messages regarding the latest announcement by the various Ministries to postponed any large gathering events.
We are thinking of what's best to do. We will make an announcement next week, Monday earliest, Tuesday latest.

These doggies were a real good company. They were with us throughout the entire 15km plus run.

Dear All registered participants and all interested trail runners, under the advise of the authorities and also from the feedback of trail runners, we have decided to switch the Saturday night run to a Saturday day run.
Event will still take place at Kem Isi Rimba on the same date.
Venue : Kem Isi Rimba
Date : 11th April 2020 for trail running - 8km, 16km, 24km.
Flag-off : 24km @ 7.30am
16km @ 7.45am
8km @ 8.00am
No change for 12th April 2020 for Duathlon and 5km trail run.
