2 Cod Filets
Salt & Pepper for seasoning
2 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Tbsp of Butter
3-4 Thyme Sprigs

Slow Cooker Crack Chicken
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
Add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Toast the hoagie rolls, scoop on the chicken and top with cheddar slice and crumbled bacon

keto cloud bread:
Ingredients:
3 large eggs, separated
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Separate the egg yolks and whites into two different bowls.
Add the cream cheese to the egg yolks and whisk until smooth. If using sweetener, add it to the egg yolk mixture.
In the other bowl, add cream of tartar and salt to the egg whites. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Carefully fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the batter onto it, making six equal portions.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cloud bread cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy your keto cloud bread! It's a great low-carb option for sandwiches or as a side with soup or salad.

Keto Texas Roadhouse Rolls recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the eggs, melted butter, and sour cream to the bowl and stir to combine.
Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop 8-10 portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the rolls for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.
Brush the rolls with melted butter before serving.

I went 1.5 months without coffee because I always used so much creamer to make it sweet and the carbs/calories were high because it would take well over the serving size to make sweet/creamy. I found a way to enjoy the coffee with limited carbs. So yummy and around 5 carbs.
What’s your go to coffee combo?

Ultimate Low Carb Cheese Crust Pizza
Ingredients

1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Dash of salt (1/8 tsp.)
2 eggs
Desired toppings (more shredded mozzarella, tomato sauce, vegetables, meats, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place a nonstick liner on a cookie sheet or pizza pan (or grease very well).
In a medium bowl, combine together mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, salt and eggs. Stir very well with a sturdy spoon for at least a full minute until everything is mixed well and the eggs are broken down and evenly distributed.
Use a sheet of plastic wrap to press the dough down evenly into your pan (I used a freehand style right in the center of a large cookie sheet). Place into the oven on the center rack and allow to bake for about 20 minutes or until the edges are deep golden brown and the center is a light golden brown. The center should be firm and should not jiggle at all but shouldn’t be too brown.
Turn the oven temperature up to 400 degrees. Allow the crust to cool slightly before attempting to move it (about 10 minutes). Remove the crust and place it onto a metal rack and set it back on the pan (this is optional, as you can set it right back on the pan– but I feel this makes the crust crispier).📷
Top the pizza crust as you desire and place back into the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
Entire crust has just 8g net carbs. Crust should feed 2-4 people depending on their appetites.

red white and blue cheesecake bites
Ingredients:
- 12 large strawberries
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered lakanto sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4oz whipped topping
- 48 blueberries
Directions:
- Cut strawberries in half cutting the ends off
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar
- Add vanilla and mix together
- Fold in whipped topping
- Transfer mixture to a pipping bag and pipe onto each strawberry
- Garnish each strawberry with 2 blueberries and refrigerate till serve

Butterfinger Fat Bombs
2 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sf peanut butter
2 tbsp confectioners swerve
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp chopped peanuts
1/4 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp cocnut oil
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, almond flour and swerve. Stir to combine completely.
Fold in chopped peanuts.
Press the batter into silicone molds. Feel each one 3/4 full. Freeze for 30 min.
Combine the Lily's chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and well combined.
Use a spoon to place some of the chocolate on the top of each fat bomb.
Place back in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Store in freezer.

Black Berry Fluff 🙌🙌
1- package Sugarfree White Chocolate Jello pudding
1- Tub Sugar Free Cool Whip
3- Cups Too Good Yogurt - Vanilla
1- Cup Blackberries or berries of your choice
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl
Till combined
Then Fold In Blackberries
Absolutely Incredible!!

Easy Summer Salad !!
2 English Cucumbers Chopped
1/4 Red Onion Dices
Heirloom Tomatoes Cut in half
1/4 c feta cheese crumbles
1/4 c Avocado oil
1/4c Vinegar
Tbsp - Sweetner
Salt & Pepper to tast
Tsp Dill
Combine Refrigerate & Enjoy

1 1/2 cups cauliflower rice 2T parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste
Microwave the rice for 8 min and squeeze out excess liquid, add all the other ingredients. I split the dough in half and use a waffle maker to make the bread crispy. Add Sauerkraut, pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing.

Avocado Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
1 lg or 2 small avocados
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla
2-3 tbsp of Swerve (we used 3)
Optional (we added 1/2 cup of peanut butter- Adams all natural)
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Taco soup!!! Want an easy dinner this is it!
2 lbs ground beef
2 cans rotel
2 8 oz cream cheese
4 cups chicken broth
Cilantro
Brown beef I added onion and taco seasoning. Once meat is done drain grease. Add to the crock pot. Then add the other ingredients. I will cook on low for 4-5 hours. Then done! Add whatever toppings you want
