We were thrilled to host the Mayor's Office for a fantastic Lunch & Learn event at our building! They enjoyed a yoga class, an insightful mental health talk about Stress, and lunch! It was a day filled with wellness and learning. Thank you for joining us! 🧘‍♂️💬🍽️

As our Torch Campaign continues, we wanted to share the personal story of an inspiring healing journey fueled by the continued support of the Ignite network’s donors, supporters, volunteers, and our expert and dedicated mental health counselors, fitness trainers, and spiritual leaders!

From her counselor “This Rockstar has not only maintained her sobriety, commitment to 12-step program and renewed spirituality, and moved out of LifeHouse to an apartment, but has now started a small bakery business through a grant program, and I am so proud to say, is now working as a recovery coach herself, with passion and personal empathy for the journey she knows many others have before them!”

At Ignite we believe when we lift others, we all get stronger! Even as we celebrate the successes, we are aware there are still many more healing journeys to unfold. Your donations to the Torch Campaign fund one on one counseling that helps fuel a meaningful impact for Transform participants and their families, and in turn our whole community grows stronger!

Classes will be taught by Cowboy Jason Hardy!

NEW CLASS STARTS THIS WEEK!!

𝓜𝓞𝓥𝓔 & 𝓖𝓡𝓞𝓞𝓥𝓔 ⭐️

Are the kids bored at home? Need to get out of the house and move your bodies?

IGNITE has the solution! Join us starting June 12th at 10:15 AM for a FREE fitness class designed for families!

We’ll get moving with fun, simple dance routines and strengthen our bodies using light weights and even drumsticks! 🥁

Everyone is welcome, and we encourage you to bring the kids!

Stay after class for some social time and coffee. Feel free to bring snacks for your kids.
