Transforming history into homes! ποΈβ¨ At SBA, we are dedicated specialists in revitalising and reimagining listed and historic buildings. Our deep-seated passion drives us to breathe new life into these timeless structures, turning them into stunning and functional spaces that seamlessly combine the charm of heritage with the conveniences of contemporary living. Whether itβs the grandeur of a stately old manor or the quaint charm of a historic townhouse, we meticulously ensure that every project honours its storied past while wholeheartedly embracing the future. Our expertise lies in preserving the unique architectural details and character that make these buildings special, such as intricate mouldings, original woodwork, or vintage stone facades, while integrating modern amenities like energy-efficient heating, state-of-the-art kitchens, and open-plan living areas.
In the UK alone, there are over 500,000 listed buildings, each with its own unique story and significance, and we are proud to contribute to the preservation and adaptation of these cultural treasures. From restoring elegant Victorian townhouses in bustling urban areas to converting ancient rural barns into cozy modern retreats, our projects reflect a commitment to maintaining a balance between conservation and innovation. Let us collaborate with you to create a beautiful space that not only serves as a comfortable home but also narrates a captivating storyβyours.
