Our Story:
No stranger to the outdoor life of a mountain bike racer, kayaker, and the husband to a German Shepherd breeder, I was looking for a solution to maximize our vehicles cargo capacity.
The current racks on the market did not fit our needs, and certainly not the dogs, so I did the next best thing and designed one myself.
With over 40 years of design and manufacturing experience, having worked for both Walt Disney Imagineering and running a multi-million-dollar vehicle aftermarket product company, the time was right to build something unique.
INTRODUCING the RecRac, a modular vehicle cargo rack system that evolved after 3 years of on- and off-road testing and using vendors we’ve worked with for years across the Pacific Northwest, California, Texas, and middle America. Our vision has come to life!
