Just a reminder because last year this pic went viral with hate. This is a normal lunch for kids also. Marshmallows , yes it's extra but was reward, oreos were sweet treat of choice, doritos are normal for a kid, a sandwich is normal lunch food for kids or adults, yogurt is normal, and Kool aid is normal not all kids want water for lunch.

Not all kids eat cucumbers or carrots

I don't pack new things for school lunches ,new foods can be introduced at home and taught how to enjoy not wasting my money to go in trash at school.

Kids in prek-5th are extremely picky with food it's OK to send "safe" foods.

You're not a bad Mom if You don't make sushi bento boxes the shape of a Disney Character...

It's OK to send a lunchable, I'm sure the kid will eat a well balanced meal for dinner.

I grew up eating Campbell's chicken soup in a Thermos on cold days and lunchables most days I turned out fine. I'm healthy.

The internet has a way of making people think things are not "normal" and it's not OK to be this 👇

It's OK if your lunchbox is empty at the end of everyday because you know they actually ate what you sent and you don't have to worry if their hungry all day.

It's OK , don't have Mom guilt. You know what to pack for YOUR KIDS.
