Steamer/Cooker/Juicer
Professional Gauge Stainless Steel

Our Steamer Juicer has a heavy duty encapsulated base. The lid/cover fits the bottom base pan so this unit can be used all year round as a sauce pan, stock pot, casserole dish, or as a baker/roaster. It is a 7.25 qt. capacity. The steamer insert part is a large capacity of 11.75 qt. When you are juicing the juice will not run over. This area catches the juice and then you unclamp the hose and bottle the juice or use for jams, jellies and or syrups. I have found this steamer juicer to be the only way to successfully do chokecherries. It produces pure dark juice and if you want pulp in it just give it a bit of a stir and push through as much pulp as you desire. I like blanching my corn on the cob with this steamer, as you can do a lot at one time and it steam blanches perfectly. Many people use it for steam cooking vegetable, seafood, poultry, sausage, steamed carrot puddings, etc. etc.
I have made rhubarb juice, and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it is. Apples, crabapples, pears, peaches, cranberries, berries, plums to name a few all juice well and then put the pulp through the Sauce Master II and you have beautiful fruit butters in no time. Don’t waste your pumpkin seeds, steam 20 minutes, lay out on cookie sheets and bake and add your favorite flavoring or spices. You can even make your own bulgur wheat. This Steamer Juicer will give a lifetime of service.
