My Goal is for Those who Struggle with mental Illness
To know There not alone.

Protests fighting for indigenous rights
Protests fighting the pipeline
Finding 6k Plus Graves of our children
At the Residential schools all over BC
Locating and finding our murded and missing indigenous women
The banning of practices for our ceremony
The list goes on what alot of our nation's community's and even some poeple
We know who protest for our cause
I am internally grateful for those
Who are fighting for our rights

So to Address the Elephant in the Room
The only way this is Going to work where community's and family's aren't soo Divived
We all gotta try and Break these cycles of Internalized oppression

There's so much Internalized oppression around It's not even funny
So Best tell your family and friends
That you love them Because
Life is too dam Short for any jealousy, Grudgements,assumptions Rumors,bitterness
Towards eachother

The unpleasant truth be told
What are you Going to tell
That loved one you gossiped and talked s**t about
On there death bed when that time comes
You don't know who will be here
And then be gone the next

My goal with my new up and coming music is reach out
To those who struggle and deal with mental illness on the daily.
Ptsd also known as shellshock,
Anxiety, trauma, Depression,suicidal thoughts
and all forms of abuse Etc
The list goes on
And Yet it seems like those subjects are often
Not thought of or talked about, but are pretty much swept under the rug.

My goal with this new project
Is to Reach out to those Who've delt
With Battles inside their Head that they dont talk about
Your not alone.

Next winter I dont care how cold the water is
I'm in need of a spiritual Bath

Who ever Complains about me
Or just doesn't like me because
I'm me
I bet my Life a 100% of the time
When I met them I was Nice to them First
But They will Never Tell You
That.

I reflect back to then
When ol haters laughed
And doubted when I strived
To be where I wanted to be
I think now where are they at now

Cuz their not even In the same league
But those Who've love and supported me
Are the kind always I want to stand with me.
